- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My son was brutally hit in the face not once, but twice! By the "camp counselor". The kids were playing dodgeball and a young male counselor threw a ball at my son's face and hit him twice in the same eye! The second time he laughed at his actions. There was not report, no ice pack. I was not notified by the camp, as soon as saw my son I noticed his eye! Was red and puffy. I called CPS and made a report, sadly their camps are out of jurisdiction. I call some office manager who over sees the camps and was completely shrugged off by lack of concern. She said they would "investigate" and reach out to me. This was during SPRING BREAK camp, I have not heard back from his woman. I took my son to his doctor and was told he suffered a concussion. Case and point. The camp counselors are young and I feel they lack training. Never again will I subject my child any of these camps ever again.By monstermash0212, March 29, 2017
