  This is the worst experience i had with any bank anywhere. I opened an account in my name that was intended to help with my daughters school. The account did not have much movement at all. My problems began when i checked a box to sign up for Bill Pay, that's what A+ said but i don't recall signing up because i would not have used this service. Anyway, they charged me 7.50 for ONLINE BILL PAY and my account went negative, remember this account was hardly used and i didn't have much money in it. Once they dinged me for the 7.50 it went negative and then i was dinged for another 28.00 for an OVERDRAFT FEE. This continued for several months and when i finally saw this on my statement i called them. I was told that this should have never happened and it would be taken care of. Well A+ took care of me, they submitted a CHARGE OFF for 74.00 to Experian. If it wasn't for Life Lock i would have not know this. Never a call, Never an email....Nothing. Several weeks ago (5/11/11) i visited my local branch in Round Rock and the banker was very polite about the situation. I paid my 74.81 and now waiting for A+ to submit the new status back to Experian. What a mess. All because of a box checked inadvertently. I will never do business with A+ again and will share my story and the hard copy of my report to anyone who asks.
